As part of our drive for more offsite fabrication and buildability solutions we often have large, heavy or awkward prefabricated elements to transport to site.

With Health and Safety at the forefront of all our work It is important that our customers and our own workforce have confidence in the stability of our prefabricated elements for the journey through manufacture, loading, transporting, unloading, storing and final placing.

Our experienced Engineer will provide TWC focusing on welding, stability and lifting integrity, especially important when the elements have to be lifted from the horizontal to the vertical as is the case with diaphragm wall and piling cages.

These calculations are provided to the customer for checking/approval prior to prefabrication element delivery
