Express Reinforcements offers a comprehensive range of customer services.
These include:
- Project pre-commencement meeting to determine:
- Logistics.
- Materials planning.
- Site storage facilities.
- Product substitution.
- Value engineering.
- In-house CAD (Computer Aided Design) team to provide practical and cost effective reinforcement solutions.
- Design service for prefabricated cages, piling cages and ROLLMAT. Detailing of cut and bent reinforcement can also be arranged.
- If required, provision of a team of experienced on-site fixers. Especially if using ROLLMAT for first time.
- Provision of risk assessment and method statements following site visit by the company's health and safety manager.
Once the schedules have been received, we offer the following standard call-off periods:
- Cut and bent reinforcement - 5 days.
- Prefabricated cages - 10 days.
- ROLLMAT - 10 days.
- Prefabricated pile cages - 7 days.
We also offer an express service at a premium for cut and bent only. The cut-off period for this is 24 to 48 hours.
Customers are able to deliver their free issue steel reinforcement to any of our UK reinforcement facilities where we will cut and bend to their instructions for an agreed fee.
We offer online facilities for customers wanting to electronically track the progress of their order.
All our reinforcement is CARES approved. Our Health and Safety and Quality Manager are both available to all customers to address any concerns or to offer product and delivery advice.
